We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for an additional woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to locate out exactly where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband first left he was extremely sad and apologetic as he felt that after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any far more. He stated he necessary time apart and did not wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a significant quantity of funds out of their joint bank account which he stated he needed to set himself up in a brand new place to live.
While waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less funds into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was very strange behaviour for him and totally out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may possibly have another woman as a comparable thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could aid as we had helped her inside the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was yet another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name along with the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just after he had left our client.
We were able to provide our client with all the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that right after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had probably been getting an affair with this woman for many years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
